Landing Funds

Hello.....i understand that i need to 'declare' funds more than 10000 dollars at the port of entry when i land there.
However, should this 'declaration' be only if i carry cash of more than 10K? or in any other form too?

Here is my plan - i will carry cash of around 4K in hand. The rest will be a statement from Scotiabank. Should i still declare?

dont worry. u will get to know when u reach there. you suppose to declare if it is more than 10k.

Is Every immigrant asked to show cash at POE ?
What if an immigrant only have 3k or 4k CAD Cash with him and nothing else.
