Hi, our family received the landing visa, can we take cruise to Canada and do the landing at cruise port?
Also our final destination in ON, can we enter via the cruise from Vancouver?

I would recommend you call CBSA to find out if they allow landing at cruise ports and then also call the cruise line to ask about their visa / documentation requirements.

You have to see if that port is a port of entry

Not all entry points allow this
You also have to check with the cruise line are they allowed to sell this sector alone by itself ? Point to point , or is sold just as a stop, where you must embark again. Depends where the ship is flagged from
