I did my landing at Lansdowne (Thousand Islands Bridge) (https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/do-rb/offices-bureaux/223-eng.html) this weekend and it was amazing.
It took five minutes to flagpole on the US side and 10 minutes on the Canadian side to activate PR.
Border officer on both side were very friendly which was a welcome change from my previous experience at the Detroit border.
One thing that made me laugh is on the US side, after I said that I wanted to flagpole, the american border officer said "of course you do" with that "dear god, here's another one"/bored to death tone.
