Please members can you share your valuable landing experience in QUEBEC because many peoples waiting to settle there including my family. But there are no information about landing in specially QUEBEC PLEASE EXPERT SHARE YOUR OPINION it will be great help to new comers those who wish to settle in QUEBEC.

YOU CAN SHARE: 01 Landing experience

02 experience in finding apartment

03 experience best place to live

04 how to found job etc

Landing in Quebec is the same as any other province.

Check kijiji.ca to find apartments for rent, its easy.
I'd recommend you live in Laval, less traffic and quiet compared to Montreal and its close to Montreal in case you found a job in that area.

I had used www.rentquebecapartments.com to search for rental apartments.

Also , West Island is a good place to live for English speaking migrants.

Thank you so much for the information its very useful for new immigrant

Check kijiji.ca and try finding an apartment and contact the landlord and reserve it.
Since you're alone, 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 apartment is enough for you.
Once you land, take your copr and go to the nearest service Canada office and apply for social insurance number, you will be given the SIN right away and your card will delivered within 10 days.
Then take an appointment to take your driving license tests ( theory & driving )
Internet providers: Bell, videotron, distributel, acanac, bravo telecom ( check the prices online and chose what suits you best).
Cars 10 years old or older are tax free to register but you will have to pay the plate number every year arround 280$.
I hope this might help a bit, good luck.

Hello,

I am Lebanese and married and we both have received our visas and done our CSQ for our move to Quebec. Unfortunately, my wife and I have been having some problems. I would like to ask if anyone could provide me with information based on the same issue I am facing. We are currently trying to work things out but just to be on the safe side would it affect our move if we consider separation? Also, I was wondering how long does the PR usually take and can I started with the process and leave Canada and get the PR while I'm outside of Canada?

Your help is much appreciated thank you.
