Hello Everyone !!!

First of all thank you for all your support and answers to my queries, it really helped to get my PR and uderstand different stages.

I would like to share my landing experience and hope it will help someone :)

I would say the landing process it very simple and fast.
I rented a car and went to Niagara falls from Toronto, as I wanted to celebrate landing with fun, so I booked hotel and decided to stay in Niagara for 2 days.
Enjoyed evening at Clifton hills with my kids had dinner at Rainforest cafe and finally at 1.00 AM in night I decided to cross border and do the landing.

I went straight to US border, US officer asked the reason of my visit to US without US Visa :), I used word "Flag polling" and they understood my purpose. Officer took our passports and asked me to park my car near US Immigration office. Anohter officer came in just 3 minutes and told take your car near to the exit gate and I will open gate for you so that you can go back to Canada. He gave our passports back with white colored Denial letter and wish us happy landing (I asked would this denial letter will count as US entry refusal, and would it impact for my future US Visa - officer told no it would not impact)

Came back to Canada - Officer took passports and US entry letter. He asked why you choose mid night for landing - I replied because of no traffic during night. He suggested that you can do landing from Toronto itself by taking appointment, I told it has wait time of more than 2 months so I prefer this option. He also asked am I planning to bring anything as duty free - I told no plans as such. He gave our passports back and asked to park car and meet immigration officer inside the immigration office. Immigration officer greated us and asked for Passports, COPR and my driving license to confirm my current address. She asked to wait 5 mins until she finish landing process, she called us in 5 - 10 mins and asked to sign CO-PR documents and congratulated us for becomming Permanent Resident of Canada.

Process of landing with crossing borders took less than 40 minutes. (Faster than what I expected) Its simple.

All the best everyone who are waiting for good news !!!

Congrats man! Good luck on your future journey!
