Hello all,

I got my PPR recently and i sent my passport to get COPR and Visa.

My question is i dont have a valid status in canada, I applied for visitor visa( paper application) in december and am still waiting for it. Before that visitor status i got my residency. Now is it good to flagpole at any US canada border as a landing immigrant or should i go for local visa office appointment. If it is with local visa office, how long will it take to get an appointment.

Either option is fine. visiting local office will take anywhere around 2 to 4 weeks, Flagpolling can be done at your own discretion.
