Landing at Vancouver... some clarifications required... pls help

I would be receiving my passport by Monday and am planning to do "landing" on Tuesday, but, wanted to have some clarifications on the following;

1. Can me and my spouse do the landing and have out daughter do landing later, say, after 3 months?

2. I am moving from my current residence, but, I don't have any proof for the new address where I am moving as my DL still shows the current residence, would it be fine to mention the new address while landing?

3. I am planning to rent a car and do landing, is this fine?

Your help on this is much appreciated....

1- Principal applicant needs to land first. So if you are PA, you will land first. your daughter can do landing any time before her PR visa expires.

2- yes just tell the officer where you want the PR card.

3- it is fine.
