Hi!
Me and my fiancee are in Canada, and got our COPR these days. We would like to land this weekend at Niagara at the border, but my fiancee does not have American visa. I spoke with CIC and the lady there told me this should not be a problem, the US officers will let her in the US briefly for the point of coming back. She said this is called a 5-point turn and that the US officers are acommodating such cases.
My fiancee did some research and she is worried that she will get a "denial of entry" slip which will later affect her travelling to the US.
Has anyone else done the landing this way?
Thanks!
