Hi, everyone. I just received my passport+COPR. I'm in Canada, so just wondering if i can do landing at the US border without a US visa. It seems like arranging appointment at a local IRCC office takes months so is it possible or I'd better apply for a visa?

Yes, I believe that you can flagpole as you will not actually cross the border into the USA. You will be issued with an "administrative refusal" and returned back to Canada to complete landing formalities.

IRCC Office appointment in Saskatoon took 3 weeks for me from requesting to appointment date.
