Hi everybody,
I'm expecting my passport and COPR to arrive on Monday and I was thinking of going to Windsor, ON to do the landing next Saturday.

Has anyone done it at the Ambassador Bridge? How was the experience? Is it possible to cross by foot? We will be taking a via rail train there because we don't drive.

What are the wait times there?

How much change should we bring with us?

Thanks in advance,
Valentina

Hi, Did you complete your landing. Can you share your experience including which border crossing you went through, and if you were sent back and asked to return on a later day, how long was the wait etc?

I will be coming from US on a long drive to Ambassador Bridge and don't want to be faced with a situation where I am stuck at the border. I am assuming that Border Officer are obliged to accept out-land landing immigrants.

Thanks!

I did it Port Sarnia during regular work hours just to be safe. You should call their office and make sure before you go if you're going to arrive late night or really early in the morning.

Thanks.

Hi, thanks for the info. I mainly wanted to ask about the automatic visa revalidation process. Did you do that?
