I have received a confirmation of permanent residence form and visa stamped under skilled workers category. My city of destination is mentioned as Toronto- Ontario on confirmation of permanent residence form. Can I land in Toronto and give address of my pr card as Calgary - Alberta .

Is there an issue if I give address of Alberta instead of Ontario???

Also after landing in Toronto can I apply for sin card in Toronto , giving the address of Calgary - Alberta. I have decided to change my province? Is it fine ?

hi
welcome to great country
if your are on federal skill worker visa there are no rules that where should u land or not
in your copr its mention Toronto becoz in application form you must have mention it but its okk its not compulsory that you have to land in Toronto
you can directly go to Calgary or anywhere in Canada as you hold federal visa not province visa like Quebec or PNP visa
SIN issued by service Canada which is one time and valid thru out country u apply in Toronto and move to Alberta is fine sin number doesn't change just after moving to Alberta you need to go to their website and change your address with them
in Canada when ever you change your address whether within Toronto or another part of country you have update your address with driving license/SIN/Health card/Pr card/ all gov depart. mostly all things can be done online no big deal
