Hi,

Anybody had an experienced the same as mine? We are 4 in the family. Our PR cards have arrived, one is missing for my US citizen child.
Any input will be greatly appreciated.
 
Call your visa office and inform them of the error.

Dear Pinoygirl,

Can you please let me know when did you land in Canada and after how many days you got PR Card for your family (excluding your US citizen child)

I have almost the same story, We're family of 4, I've got the PR cards for the kids but not for me and for my wife , called to the Call Centre 1-888-242- 2100 ,they told me that everyone received the PR cards independantly, It was already 2 months and 4 days since we apply for PR Cards, hope to receive them soon.
