After landing at Canada as permanent resident, when can I go back to Philippines? I mean Is there a definite length of stay in Canada before I can go back to Phil or just whenever I want to? Thanks

Whenever you want to....even 1 day after you landed in Canada. But if you're gonna be outside Canada for a long time, keep in mind the residency requirements to maintain your PR status though...
When you are a permanent resident, you can live outside of Canada, but must live in Canada for at least two years in a five-year period. If you live outside of Canada for longer, you may lose your permanent resident status.
If you have Condition 51, then you need to live with your spouse for 2 years. You can travel, but bear in mind that extended separations may raise some eyebrows at CIC.
Also, if you leave before receiving your PR card and you are not visa-exempt, then you would need to apply for a travel document before returning to Canada. That can take a while and can be a hassle. So keep that in mind.
