Landed, but cant get SIN and service Canada says system not updated

Hey all,
i went to the border on sept 30th, same day i went to get my SIN and Service Canada says they dont have the details of my PR.
i called CIC and they also had information. they asked me about my details of landing.
they said we will call back, but no calls received.

anybody has faced it? will it delay my PR card?

Hi, so what happened, whwn did it get updated? So pr card was delayed due to this?
My parents landed, my dads is updated but not my mom - how can that be
