Laminated the Record of Landing document, now it is no longer valid!

I think a digital copy or an electronic copy of the document will work if the original COPR document is destroyed/lost/stolen. Anyways IRCC will issue a digital copy in case applied for VOS and will have all the same information as in original document.

1. You can't undo lamination. OP will need to say the document was lost or destroyed and apply for a new one.
3. You need it to apply for citizenship.
Is Record of Landing the same thing as COPR? is a PR card able to be used instead of COPR?
