Hi,
I have got acceptance letter from Lambton College, Toronto Campus. The program is a 2 year Ontario Graduate Certificate - Financial Planning and Wealth Management(Co-op). jan 2015 intake.

I have heard that the Lambon toronto campus is not actually a campus but a small building with 3 floors but the fees is pretty cheap, its around $20-21k for the whole program.

Is it worth to study at the college? and can anybody please tell me about the job-prospects after the program? I am very confused.

I dont know about the college campus.. But i know its very easy to get into that college.. When a college has very low application rejection rate, is because they dont receive lots of applications.

I am on my final weeks of my Masters degree in University of Alberta.. I had a friend during my first semester, He was not able to pass in any courses.. He took the first 4 courses along with me in Dalhousie University and he failed in all four of them. The reason is because, he couldnt cope up with the students or the courses ... I got transferred to University of Alberta, because Dalhousie University courses are very easy for me.. He transferred to Lambton college because its very tough for him.. He did pretty good in lambton college, and he is happy with it..

When the moment he failed in 4 courses, he was depressed and he need to repay tution fees to continue. But Now, he completed international business management in Lambton College..

If Lambton is the only Offer you got, and you really wanna study that course in canada.. you can go ahead and do it.. If you think that that college is not qualified for you. Wait for a better option.. There are always options to transfer colleges if you are not happy.. But for transferring credits with other college, you need to plan for it..

Thanks for the reply.
I have also got an offer letter from NAIT, but that is a undergrad course and i fear i will get rejection as i have already done my Bachelors.
So, that is the reason i am looking for Post-Grad Diplomas/Certificates

Is it possible to change college after reaching Canada? I mean can i shift to another college/course after going for a 2 year PG certificate as Visa acceptance rate would be much higher for that.

Please help.

Mine is Lambton Toronto..if you have applied for Sarnia Campus maybe that takes more time. Why don't you send them a mail and ask.

Have you applied student visa for Lambton's admission? I also apply student visa for this college as well. Anyone get visa when applying study from this college?

Hi! No i have not yet applied for Visa as i am still confused whether to go for this useless PG Certificate or go for the undergrad diploma at NAIT.

Which course are you going for? And when did you apply?

Yeah. But, i have heard that one cannot change college. He/she can only change the course within the same college.

If we could change college after getting Visa then i would also file visa for this program and move to NAIT? Can you please tell me if that's possible?
