Yes it is a project management course but this course is particularly for civil engineers.

i applied for Graduate Certificate- Construction Project Management. I had Ielts 6.5 with no less than 6, along with Bachelors in Civil Engg with 70%, 12th 63% and 10th 82%
This course study level is Post Graduate.
