Hi all

I just received an letter asking me to add my CELPIP proof (english test)
I need a clarification : the letter is saying I need to provide the original of my language test result and then states that copy or online results will not be accepted.
Under the document checklist, there is an Upload button

Replacement needed--CELPIP ...Upload

my question: can I just scan my language result or will this be considered as a copy???
It asks for the original.. I am a bit confused.
The immigration call centre agent, was very confusing.. she started telling me I needed to mail it out.. then said I need to upload it

Please let me now your understanding.. or how you did it on your side

you can scan your original results and upload it. Generally, CIC will not ask you to send physical copies.

By original IRCC means scan of original result certificate.

you can scan your original results and upload it. Generally, CIC will not ask you to send physical copies.
