lacking medical in the application.spousal sponsorship

Hi dirkorver! i would like to ask since you have the same case as mine, I failed to submit the medical exams together with the application package sent to CPCm last January and was received on February 18, 2013 and was SA was granted on April. While I was browsing this forum, i learned that you need to undergo an upfront medical for family class sponsorship. I asked my partner in Canada to inquire at CPCM on what to do and said I should do a medical and submit the proof of medical to CEM. I am already done with the medicals today and ready to submit, to what specific department and address of CEM shall I send the proof of medical? Thanks!

Hi everyone!
Im a bit confused. We informed CIC about the changes in personal circumstances. I just gave birth last june and we added our baby as a dependent child. They just asking to fill out some forms and RPRF. We complied last july. CIC already updates our application and they said that theyre going to inform CEM about it.
I wonder about my daughter's med exam. Im planning to undergo this week. Or do i need to wait them to ask for it? Im afraid that theyre not going to process it because of lack of my daughters medical. Thank u.
