Can anyone please let me know who provides the LMIA result ?

1. ESDC alone.
2. ESDC followed by Immigration Department.

Since I have applied in Paper, do they will create any online profile or the result will be declared offline i.e. the LMIA number will be handed over to the concerned person?

Typically if you paid money for it or are being asked to pay money for it - then it's fake.

I am in Ontario from last two years, we had apply for LMIA through, an employer to whom i was working with. it seems that, he missed the call from ESDC last week,
in this case could anyone have an idea how to proceed to re-connect with them.
