Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) for PGWP Holders/International Students

hi kateg ,what is your end to end time line for LMIA processing? Currently they told me its 8 weeks?

February (I don't know the exact date) to July. It sat there for a while.

My employer knows that my work permit is on process and my old work permit for another employer expired December 1st 2019 and is now asking me to pay for her LMIA fees. Is that my responsibility? Is she trying to take advantage of the fact that if she doesn't submit the LMIA papers that I can't get the work permit and need to return the the Philippines? Does anyone have any good advice on what should I do?
