LA Visa Office Passport Processing Time

Hi All,

I was assigned Ottawa visa office but since i live in USA, i requested visa office in USA. Now i am assigned LA visa office but I have a situation. I have to travel back to India on December-05 and not sure if i can get my passport before that.

Has anyone submitted their passport to LA office and have any idea about processing time? Please help.
