Im just 12th passed so i had to sent my transcripts of 10th and 12th only

Yes. But i have heard that kpu provides offer letter without those mailed transcripts but in that case, offer letter has conditions i.e the mailed transcripts should reach by that particular date. So that means they provide offer letter without that transcripts too.

Usually a bonafide certificate from the school is required but my school made it a letter of recommendation also so yes.
