Once your transcripts are processed you will get an email to submit your lor and sop i think if u have not send them yet send them at that tym it will make it faster to process because else they will have to wait and find ur email

Yes i did contact them they said that you will receive the decision very soon so hopefully i May receive a decision soon because I actually contacted the person who's mail I received and i guess he is having my appl in hand
