I sent a mail to kpu international regarding the application status last day. And they replied as TMAS Spring 2021 has reached its full capacity and students can no longer be admitted to that intake. They will send the deferral form by end of November.

Hi , I haven't received any mail yet but I think my program is also going to be defer because there is just 1 month left for filing the visa.
Yes. Same has been informed by my agents that they are no longer releasing offer letter for Jan 2021 intake now as it reached full capacity.
Can we directly send mail to the university?
Yes, we can send mail to the university but it takes 3 days to get the reply. The last mail I got from kpu is that they will send the deferral form for may by November last.
