You'll get lots of free help here, but don't expect anyone here to hold your hand.

First, you need to determine if you qualify by reviewing CIC's website. Federal Skilled Worker (which is the section you've posted under) is done at the Federal Level, not provincial. The Provinical Nominee Program is different and run by the provinces.

You also need to provide users with more information, such as what trades or degrees you posses that would help.

I'm not trying to be mean, but asking for free help to guide you step-by-step will lead to burn out among the free help. The forum is a "hands off" guide. You will have to do most of the legwork yourself. If you can't or don't want to, hiring a consultant or lawyer might be a better option. We are here to help. We like helping. But remember - this is free. It's not on demand and you need to do your own research.

Let us know your education/skills and maybe we can make some recommendations for you. You can also read www.cic.gc.ca for ideas and google the PNP programs in various provinces. You can also begin by reading some of the threads here. There is a Skilled Worker thread by qorax that is very helpful and contains a ton of knowledge.

Dear amikety,

First of all you are not mean , you are a very friendly person who made me clear what to do. Of course i went to many many many websites and have read alot but the application process is a little complicated so hiring someone isnt a problem for me but i wanted to find someone. I have done the asessment on canadavisa.com and am waiting for a reply.
I do have an approx 10 years work experience in the IT Department and did still not finish my Bachelor degree.. but have many microsoft and other certificates. My english is alright i can write speak and read english but if it helps i can finish also the IELTS test to gain more points.
I do not have a friend or someone in Canada therefore i would prefer an english speak province doesnt matter where.
Of course i am open to pay someone to help me through the application process

Take this quiz, not the Canada Visa one. That's a lawyer's website. This is CIC.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/eligibility.asp

IT has been moved to 'not in demand.' Without a bachelor's degree, I don't think you'll find much success in the arranged employment category (but I could be wrong). Judging from other users here, IT has become flooded with job seekers lately. There's a few threads about it in Skilled Worker.

As far as English goes, only Quebec is mainly French. New Brunswick is truly bilingual. Some provinces, like Ontario require some jobs to be bilingual. If you're worried about French, coming out west might suit you better. There are fewer French speaking requirements.

That being said, French is easier to learn than English in my opinion. ;)

You can, but the government is known to reject work permits if the applicants education/experience don't match the job duties.
