Kompass Application

Hi all,

I recently applied for the IEC holiday but I got refused because my CAL had expired. I am trying to reapply but my Kompass still has the previous application showing (I wish I could post links, it would be so much simpler!!)

How do I get rid of the previous application? Can anyone help me out?

I am also have this problem have been waiting 3 weeks since cancelling my first application and still no movement and not a world from kompass. Has any from new Zealand had any luck over the phone?

Hey mate, did you send them an email via Kompass? I did a couple days ago but I still haven't heard anything, I just don't want to have to wait 3 weeks because I really can't wait that long

Also I haven't had good experiences over the phone with these guys.

Sounds like bisman91 has. I withdrew it 3 days ago and have sent emails to the Kompass support team but there has been no reply just yet, I'm at my wits end!

I wish the support was better. I can't phone anyone and it's impossible to get an appointment at a CIC office.

I've been waiting almost 4 weeks since cancelling my application i have sent 2 messages through the messaging system and have had no reply for either.
at this point i feel i have no option other than to wait to hear back . i had plans to travel before making my way to Canada but these are looking less likely all the time.

What about applying through a third party like IEP travel or something along those lines it will cost more but is it possible now?
