ya they will ask you about course of study and may be they can ask you a question y u have selected Canada instead of any other country like AUS or Uk so just say them I want to study in a multi-cultural land!!!thats it!!and just relax they r so helpful and welcome new comers to Canada!!!Best Of Luck!!!!!
