Within a week.

I did mine jan 28th but it still shows in progress . My guess is because it's a family application and because my husband is yet to take the test, they won't mark mine as complete? They gave is a test window of Jan 28th - February 17th. He plans to take it next week.

I have also received an invitation for citizenship ceremony on February 21st. However, February 21 is FAMILY day, and holiday. For me the date is very OK , but are they aware of this holiday? or the computer has just selected a date and emailed us? Should we double check it with them? I am a bit concerned...
BTW, my timeline:
Application sent: June 17, 2020 (I and my wife; Waterloo)
AOR: Nov. 23, 2020
Background completed: July 19, 2021
Test invitation; Nov. 18, 2021
Test completed: December 10, 2021
Every item got completed (except for ceremony): December 31, 2021
Received invitation for oath: Feb. 2, 2022
Oath scheduled for : February 21, 2022

I had the same thought when I first saw the date, and then realized that Family Day is an Ontario holiday and not a federal one. Either way it's good, I'll be off work anyway so don't need to take time off lol. Will know more when the email comes. I'm excited though!

Just received the email with the oath invite details. It came from the Niagara Falls office. Ceremony will be at 9:30 am (on Feb 21)!

When did you take the test? It also depends if you are a family or single applicant. If family application then all in family should complete the test as I saw in other posts

We finished test on February 2nd very first day given to us , both husband and I , kids are small and as you know they are not required to do test , but yes it's a family application.

It depends on the office hosting your ceremony I believe. Someone posted on this thread for KW earlier that they received their certificate about a week after the oath. The oath invite email said it can take 4-6 weeks, and to contact them if it takes longer than 6 weeks. Hopefully it doesn't take more than a week or two! I've heard stories of other offices taking months.
