I have applied for Citizenship in March 2019. In process since July 2019. No test invite nothing...
This is frustrating..... Every office In Canada is working other than kitchener office.

I am in London, Ontario. No test invitation yet. Applied Aug 2019. Timeline as follows: Acknowledgement of Receipt: Nov 2019; They started processing the application Dec 2019. It has been "in process" since. More than a year now.

A lot of us are in the same holding pattern as you are. I applied in July 2019, In process November 5 2019 , over age for test, only need interview and then Oath. I am being processed in Windsor office and not a single person who's being processed in Windsor have gotten test invite or Oath invite. Kitchener isn't the only place not working on applications.

Kitchener office is for sure slow. I am Feb 2018 applicant and still waiting for the test invite.

I am a December 2018 applicant and got my online test invitation from the Kitchener office in November 2020. Did the online test on Dec 3rd and waiting since then. My ecas still says in process.

Seems like Kitchener is moving but very slow. Fingers crossed. I am still waiting on test invite. Feb 2018 applicant.

They are randomly sending test request.
I know some one you received online test request last week. He was Nov 2019 applicant.

I am Sep 2019 applicant and my Citizenship application is in Process since Jan 2020, No further updates yet. Kitchener office is the slowest for sure.
