I know a few of you check here daily (like @loncan, @CuriousGuy, but I figure I would tag all for once now to see if there are some status I missed. Sorry can't catch up with the main Oct thread anymore).

I am guessing that for us waiting for test invite, we will not see it until another two weeks (not before Apr 18).

When I look at the sheet here, what I found is that Kitchener office is doing a batch work in both sending test invitation and holding test. First batch of test invitations were sent from Feb 15 to Feb 28 for around two weeks, followed by tests held from Mar 1 to Mar 12 for around two weeks again. The next batch of test invitations were sent from Mar 16 to Mar 27 for around two weeks again, followed by tests held from Apr 3 to 17, again for around two weeks. This is why I am guessing that we will not see any test invitations until Apr 18, where we should see some until around May 1. You can extrapolate the trend and guess when the tests will be in the same way. I do hope this assumption is wrong and we all get test invitation sooner, but we will see if that is true in the next couple of days.

For oath letter, I think it relies on how many tests they have planned and can happen any week. I also believe that on the dates when they send out test invitation, there won't be oath invitation, and vice versa. You can look at the dates for test invitation and oath letter to find out this. In addition, I also believe they don't send either test or oath invitation on dates when oath is held.

TLDR: next batch of test invitation will be around Apr 18 to May 1 (excluding Apr 19 for now), tests from May 2 to May 15.

Hello, we (me and my wife) took the test this week. Although my wife was sick for several days, but she attended the test & passed the exam, got 17. I got full marks. Our status changed to decision made, but not my 8 years old daughter. Is that normal? There is no date mentioned.

Congrats on passing the tests. I don't know why her status is not showing decision made, but I think there is little to no chance that they will have any concern with a 8-year-old girl. I will say give it a few days.

Got the answer from another thread. For your information.

"Child won’t be getting DM until one parent becomes Canadian. So technically after oath for one of the parents. That’s what I was advised anyway. Both my file and my husband’s is DM but my daughter’s is IP."

Hi,
So I got my GCMS notes from ATIP. Keep in mind that the information is a month old, so things might have happened since then...

The last actions seem to be receipt of the paper file in Kitchener (4 Jan). Possibly there are some activities since that date which are redacted from report, but this seems unlikely as the "updated" date on the first page shows the 4 Jan date.

The interesting or unusual stuff usually comes at the end of these reports, and in my case there is a note from CPC Sydney saying that a police certificate "might be required" (I did provide one, so that is a bit odd).

The assessments on the front page list as follows:
Knowledge: Not Started
Residence: Not Started
Language: Not Started
Prohibition: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Oath: Not Started
The others are either blank or redacted from the report.

I hope that information helps somebody. Hope to have more encouraging news soon
