Kingston Visa Office- spousal sponsorship denied

Looking for your experience feedback with Kingston Visa Office when sponsorship for spouse denied in grounds officer feels relationship not genuine.

We want to appeal.
Any advice would be appreciated

Hi, sorry to hear that. Were you outland or inland also can I see your timeline? IF you're outland you should be able to appeal your case, if you're inland you wouldn't be able to I believe: https://irb.gc.ca/en/making-immigration-appeal/Pages/immapp-a1.aspx#:~:text=New IAD Rules for immigration appeals have now come into force.&text=If you sponsored a family,visa application should be accepted.
