Hi trini777, I am not certain about the circumstances, but if you check the timeline spreadsheet in my signature, you will see where confusedandscared needs ARC, and his process has been considerably delayed, he is waiting since 2009, after an interview last year he has not had an update, in spite of being told the interview was positive. That is the only person I am certain of regards needing ARC. He is going through POS as well.

From reading around the forum, I do know that there can be quite an additional delay to receive ARC, so be prepared to have the processing extended even past average timelines.
