so i notice on the CIC website the timelines have changed KGN has gone up to 17 mths and increase of a mth and the intial stage has gone from 38 days to 45 days and increase of 42 days and increase of 4 days...just an FYI

I admit its incredibly encouraging and uplifting to see some ladies who choose an island man for real reasons.

Before I started the job I work at now, I used to own and run a business in a tourist area. I got might discouraged with ever seeing a real relationship between farrin and island people. Its not that I judge really, or that I knew the specifics of everyone I saw. It just seemed like so many men used farrin ladies for visas but so many farrin ladies used island men as toys. Their relationships never seemed to get any deeper than sex and parties and a bit of vacation fascination. Yet sometimes one person would fool themselves into thinking thats all that counted in a relationship, and would persue it to marriage and visa levels and it would end with disasterous results.

So cheers and props, Big Ups, Respect and all those things ladies for loving your men for the right reasons. I love love love to see that!!!!

Hi everyone hope you are all enjoying the weekend, we are keeping an eye on the sky as we have a tornado warning this afternoon.

Smoothie, when I have the time I would share my story (mabe edit your post to Island men- not "boys" some of us find it a bit offensive- no offense to you, I know you mean no harm)

Keep fingers crossed for no severe storms, after seeing so much devastation in America in the last few days a tornado warning here makes me nervous.

Ah for sure...I get that from my dad's side of the family. Growing up my grandpa called everyone boys which passed on to my dad etc....and it kinda stuck on the rest of us. I call old men boys to LOL LOL!! My grandpa farms and he will say " oh those old boys over there, or those boys over here". So I really meant nothing offensive and it was in no way a dig at the age of anyones man whether they be old or young or somewhere in between! But will edit it still as I get where you are coming from!

Tornado! Oh my word. I hope nothing comes of it. I was at my friends' wedding a year ago in Mississippi when we had some heavy rains and there was a tornado warning for the county we were in and several others. Nothing came of the warnings where we were, but one county over they had severe storm impacts and 10 fatalities. I was watching some news video earlier of what happened in Missouri, terrible business. Mother Nature is unforgiving when she is riled. 2011 has been quite a tumultuous year so far weatherwise: floods, earthquakes, fires, tornadoes. And they are warning of a more-than usually active storm season starting in 7 days.

Ummm dunno if anyone has had this problem. Is there a time limit on how long you have to edit a post? I can modify my last few but its not letting me modify the one with the " island boys" in it. Can someone advise?

Good morning everyone We had rain yesterday, and the weatherman is saying the trough causing the rain will linger, so it is overcast this morning. I trust everyone enjoyed their day off, and is raring to go this morning, including KG, LOL.

Kedeisha, the rates may vary from DMP to DMP. I paid a total of $8,500 I think, or maybe a little more. That covered the doctor, the X-ray and the blood and urinalysis tests from the lab. I think this is because there was a lab located at the doctor's office I went to, and I only had to go somewhere else for the X-ray. Payments are accepted only in cash, by the way.

"A man was complaining to a friend, "I had it all - money, a magnificent house, a fast car, the love of a beautiful woman... then, poof! It was all gone!" "What happened?" asked the friend. "My wife found out..."

Thanks jahlove and CharlieD10 wow these cost just keeps accumulating plus with the wedding I think we are going with September 4th and we hope to do the application soon after wow so many cost thats why I amm asking all these questions need to stop party n save now bad ;D
