They mention on the front page application has to meet sections 10, 11, 12 and 87.3 of the immigration and refugee protection regulations as well as the immigration and refugee protection act. So am I to ignore this and supply what they are asking for? As well do they need all the siblings to sign and supply photo ID? Kids not coming to Canada but are on the app do I need to send in the passport pages and passport pictures?

I am so upset,got an email delaying my husbands interview for another month so now not until October did any other September interviews get an email for delay???
It is so frustrating because I am pregnant and getting closer to the due date and I cant even visit him because of zika and they know all of this.

Yes, it did. Moved from September to October. Hopefully yours doesn't get moved too. Still grateful to at least have an interview date for husband, but annoyed that we had our sights and hopes on September and it was changed to October now.

I wonder the same too. Thinking maybe they lost an employee? So office is a little swamped until a new person is trained? Who knows.... its just so frustrating that we're all the ones affected by whatever the "circumstances" are.

You both can try to apply for a visitors visa or you can decide if you want to get married and apply for spousal sponsorship.

Your welcome. Once he is approved for a visitor's visa. He can travel and you guys can file for spousal sponsorship inland. Does he have a lot of assets in Jamaica? Employed? Money to cover his expenses while on vacation?

Be aware that visitors visa are not readily issued. I am not sure of the official reason as many that have family, assets, employment, home ownership and cash. All of which demonstrates reasons they will return to Jamaica get denied. And even those married, which is wrong. Our spouses should be allowed to visit, now why would we jeopardize our spousal application

I naively found this out, when I was dating him. Sent the invite letter. And he had every reason to return they denied him for the reason that he did not enough money. Despite my letter indicating food, lodgings are being covered by me. Stupid
