Ok. Well I mailed out application July 18 and received the confirmation from CIC. My professor (immigration lawyer on appeals) said when they are ready to further process his file they will request new ones. So not to worry at this point. Is this agreed?

I was told the same thing so I shall not worry 8) ....just have your documents ready if they do request anything

hi, not to say your lawyer is wrong but nothing is wrong with send a email for extension before expire also if police certificate is expiring soon said on also. That what i did. Our application was done by me and the help from this forum.

Congrats again to everyone who's already gotten through I'm wishing on a star so KVO can start sending out more interviews/ppr by the end of this week so far haven't really seen much change with the promises made at least not on this thread!

I really agree with this. Its great to see the few that are getting calls and PPR's but really, it isn't enough based on the all the promises made.

Anyone that went for an interview already. What did you have to bring other than your passport? Like did they want printer picture and conversation with your spouse over the last few months.

well I printed evidence of communication exp Skype whatsapp and imo. They didn't ask for them but it always good to have those stuff.
