"My due date has now been changed to August 31, 2016 from Jan 2017"

That is exciting cause we had similar due dates on our first notes. I am going to order my second set of notes right now..

I was very excited when I read it as well. They have added lengthy comments in related to the relationship as well. This second order was satisfying LOL

I'm not sure how they handle applications or in what sequence they handle them. I can only tell you what I've read. I see you applied in June so yes you're a few months ahead of me. Your time should surely be by this month end.

Your due date might have changed as well, did you order a second set?

That's a great question @ impatientwife... Chucky44, if you haven't done so already, order another set because your dates may have changed

My original due date was November 3 2016. From my first set of notes.... What exactly does the due date mean? Someone said those dates don't really matter because they're always changing?

It's basically the date when they should be finish with your file and yes it can keep on changing can be sooner or later like Susan was Jan 2017 then it changed to August 2016 i've seen some ppl get through before their due dates but with cic who knows but it does give something to look forward (well for me anyways) just gotta keep it in the back of my head that it's not 100% guaranteed.

The dates must mean something. Whether it be that a higher officer has assigned it to someone and given them a date to review it or something else, the dates are there for a reason. I also agree that they can continually change and most likely will again. Nothing is set in stone until I see him come through Pearson

Yep! Its like you want to share your good news in hopes of helping someone or being able to compare dates with other applicants close to your time frame but instead it makes other members feel uneasy about their own situations. We're all in the same boat. I wish for everyone that has been waiting a long time, longer than me to get through ASAP that way I don't need to feel guilty about posting my stats.

No ones saying feel guilty? It's all a learning and guessing game. I don't see why anyone should feel badly for posting anything... It's all just questions to gain knowledge in my opinion... I didn't realize you can get notifications on here either :) how do we set those up? I always like to hear people's experiences and see where people are at.
