The cic responded to a tweet saying that it's not an error and that it won't be up till July. :'( I've been reading a lot of the chats for other VO in the Caribbean...Kingston is by far the slowest...it is beyond frustrating. I don't understand why there is such a difference in processing times. I miss my hubby so much I just want him to come home. I am so ready for this to be over.

Oh so they have time to tweet

I didn't have too much confidence in the quality of the info/updates on that website ( sorry I caught the skeptical bug)... Typical bureaucracy to announce an unexplained delay the day before launch...

I'm going to reeeeeeally try and find a silver lining here that maybe, just maybe they thought that putting resources toward case processing was more important that launching the website at this time, i mean they probably don't want to post info on the web that shows them doing a crummy job, especially on the parts of the application processes that are done in Mississauga. Maybe they are trying to improve their numbers as well before they go live.

I feel the days are going so slow, I'm with you... Going through the cry, scream, mope, repeat cycle...Gonna lose my marbles... But keep praying for those ppr doors to burst open soon much to the relief of all of us.. I think once we see the first one bust out, we'll all start to perk up

Im going to agree with you there! And try to remain hopeful them postponing the new check thing as a positive thing, because then they can focus their time more on approving applications rather than trying to get something set up that they're not sure will even work properly… But at the same time, I was really looking forward to getting some kind of information… fingers crossed some calls come in the next few weeks... Feb seems to be the last wave, so let's hope since May is almost gone June and July will be the next wave of PPR! Please lord!!

I wouldn't really pay attention to that 18 month mark the most I've seen someone wait was 13months (that's not counting the ones who had issues with their applications and interviews etc etc

I try not to look too much into the processing time either, because I know usually they go through much quicker, but every time it goes a month further ahead I always feel like that means it's a month more it will take ours you know what I mean? So if it will typically take 10 to 12 months if they post it's a month further behind that means it'll take actually 11 to 12 or 12 to 13 months that type thing… I'm sure hoping we hear something soon! I can't take much more !

I can just imagine the wait..I have to get a CSQ as my sponsor is from Quebec..I'm sure KNGVO won't even look at my file until they get the CSQ approval

The CSQ doesn't take to long

I really logged on this morning to see if I could access the application through the system. Just wanted to see if it was really true LOL. All I can say is better must come.

KNGVO has to get the CSQ before they do anything?

It looks like all if them get it dem naw do nutting a rass. All a dem juss sidung pon dem backside. So tired of these people.

But yea if you need to send them a documen, they won't touch your application until they receive what they requested

At this point I'm just going to pay the $5 and request the notes on the application to see where these lazy people are but on another note there are 60 days until I get to see the hubs
