Every damn thing you gotta wait, they changed the access online from tomorrow to July 23, n they also changed the Application process for Jamaica from 17 months now to 18.

I'm so over all this. I just want my husband GOSH

I wish there was some way for us to boycot or something! Like for real! We are paying damn good money to sponsor someone we love and we get ZERO answers!? Except usually "check the website" it isn't right!!! I'm so frustrated right now I could scream, then cry, then cry and scream!!! I was SOOOO looking forward to tomorrow!

I'm with you on that, today marks 4 months since our file was transferred and still not a peep I know others have been waiting longer but that doesn't make me feel any better or make me patient hence the name lol never in a million years would I think I'd be in this situation

I really just had to go check the website and see the foolishness for myself. What a joke. No explanation, no real reason why it was pushed back by a month. All I can think of is the whole of India getting through while KVO applicants sit and count sheep as the months pass.

June 2 marks 9 months our application has been in I'm so sad right now!

I've been doing that every night when I get into bed and coming to the realization I'm still alone, at least now it's no longer cold out but it'll be nice to feel some arms around me

It is the worst feeling ever!!! :-( WHY is Jamaica so slow!!! I just don't get it!!! I feel so sorry for all of us right now! It's not fair and we are all suffering and waiting in the shadows for a glimmer of hope from someone who doesn't seem to care enough to move their a**!!!

Do you think this moving to 18 months is going to put a damper on all of us getting through in 10--12 months? Any insight??

So was I chucky by a whole 2 months, I'm hoping that it's a error and tomorrow it will be up but I think I'm just kidding myself

I wouldn't really pay attention to that 18 month mark the most I've seen someone wait was 13months (that's not counting the ones who had issues with their applications and interviews etc etc

People have been waiting a lot longer, I agree, but regardless of the amount of time this system is bulls@@t! If I didnt have a child from a previous relationship I swear I'd go live there with my husband and work remotely until he got through

I don't know why I keep thinking we're in June lol...2 months, even worst!!

I've been saying the same Susan I have 2 kids from previous relationship, I had plans to go down for the summer but life keeps getting in the way, our 1 yr anniversary is next month and I don't even think I'll make it for that but I don't really mind to much because after its done I'll still have to come back alone

The cic responded to a tweet saying that it's not an error and that it won't be up till July. :'( I've been reading a lot of the chats for other VO in the Caribbean...Kingston is by far the slowest...it is beyond frustrating. I don't understand why there is such a difference in processing times. I miss my hubby so much I just want him to come home. I am so ready for this to be over.

I didn't have too much confidence in the quality of the info/updates on that website ( sorry I caught the skeptical bug)... Typical bureaucracy to announce an unexplained delay the day before launch...

I'm going to reeeeeeally try and find a silver lining here that maybe, just maybe they thought that putting resources toward case processing was more important that launching the website at this time, i mean they probably don't want to post info on the web that shows them doing a crummy job, especially on the parts of the application processes that are done in Mississauga. Maybe they are trying to improve their numbers as well before they go live.

I feel the days are going so slow, I'm with you... Going through the cry, scream, mope, repeat cycle...Gonna lose my marbles... But keep praying for those ppr doors to burst open soon much to the relief of all of us.. I think once we see the first one bust out, we'll all start to perk up
