Your case is been handled differently though, if i'm not mistaken it's being handled by Ottawa No?? and appeals are being dealt with separately than other applications but i hope you through soon you've been very patient, I just had a friend had his application denied but that was just for business and not love so I don't really feel bad about their situation

yes my application is been dealt with cpc-Ottawa. but they are still moving slow like snail after a person win there case. But overall it the same process i have to go through just like everyone else because i still had to send police record update forms and medical... For your friend they are the ones that let it bad for ppl with genuine relationship and they are they ones that mostly get tru with there application.....Thanks impatientwife, i just want this process to be over with... I hope you get your visa soon also with everyone else...If i dont hear any more ppr for the rest of this month. I would still say Kingston out did themselves for February 2016

Most ppl you see get thru on the Ottawa forum is from the states and they application go quick... I know someone the one there appeal and they got thru withing 2 months after they won there appeal but when i check that person was from the states but i know if he was from a different country he would still be waiting long like alot of ppl on there now. But im still waiting like everyone so i cant complain at all... God got me this far so im still hanging in there and im very grateful because it could of been worst.

That's such a positive way to look at it! :) I don't understand why they process some countries so much faster than others. Ugh so frustrating. But hey like u said it could be a lot worse!

That how we all have to stay positive even when we know that it not going to be the right results that we want to hear...The more a person stay positive if the more good things happen to them.

If anyone wants to help applications move faster...Ottawa is hiring Case Processing Agents

Hi everyone :) I just have a quick question. My Hubby and I got an email from KVO today saying we need to have a form submitted within 60 days. Would you recommend us sending the document via email or by courier? Will they respond to let us know they've received the document? Thanks in advance for your help!!

I would do both lol, email them a copy and then send them the original just to be safe :) You might receive a generic response to the email saying it's been added to your file or you might not, but you can always wait a few days after it's been sent and then email them just to confirm they received it!

Also, if you'd like to be added to the spreadsheet can you please let me know when you submitted your application, when you received sponsorship approval, your status in ecas and anything they've requested from you so I can fill everything out? :) Thanks!

When you are send any form to Kingston visa office send it courier service so you can know it got there by tracking your package. That what i would recommend because if you email it to them you will not know if they will read your email at all but at least they will have to oen your courier package to see whats in there.

hello every how are you what a great news from KVO congrats all when i checked the spreadsheet 7 ppr wonderful Kingston
