if you received aor on November 10 if it is still early don't worry too much.

Thanks Chucky44! I feel a little better. Clearly I didn't quite understand their processing times. I'll give it some more time (though I don't actually have a choice)

Dont worry hun, they are just processing applications from Sept 21 now. Could be within the next few days that you hear something. Do they have your email address?

Hey shortyp2000,

I honestly thought that when they sent AOR that meant they started processing. So i guess now it makes a little more sense. This whole process is horrible for impatient people like me. I don't know how you all stay so calm. I guess this is my patience101 introductory course !!

P.s. Yes I provided my email

Hey all so this is my landing story. We flew caribbean airlines to toronto on the 29th. First time in canada and also my first time flying.
My hubby was with me to help me with our newborn and bags so there wasnt really a reunion moment...lol..(that happened 2 days before we he landed in ja).
So i hated the take off but the landing was fine...there was a bit a turbulence and the flight was lonngggg but otherwise fine...by the way toronto frm air in the night is super pretti. So upon landing i went to customs who then sent mi to immigration to complete landing process.
She jus asked my address and took mh cipr and askes me to wait for abt 15mins then called me back to sign and that was that. She then said welcome to canada...she was super nice.
We then drove home which was about 20 mins away. So got home abt 1am monday morning. My first reaction to the cold was priceless. I literally did a u turn and ran back into the house...haha but i guess i will adjust.

So Decemeber 1st 2015 n all now Cece and MsMcLaughlin nuh hear ntn!!!

Why kingston ah tek so long ?? :-\

Dem Speedometer nuh bun up anymore..... :-X

No worries. When u click "quote" u will see the other persons words first. We do that instead of clicking "reply" when we want to specify who/what we are responding to

Nothing yet :( I was really hoping to have him here for Christmas this year and got my hopes up with how fast everything was moving for everyone right before us, but it looks like they've stopped moving again >:(
