Just for clarification you have or have not seen hubby since your wedding in 2012? And also are you the sponsor or applicant I'm thinking you are the applicant but want to be sure? There is a wealth off knowledge on here. Everyone is great and extremely helpful so welcome!!! In terms of proof think of it this way. .the person who picks up your file does not know you or your husband personally all they have to go on is the info you provide to them. They should be able to get a complete picture just based on your application so any proof of your relationship since 09' will be crucial. Ex. Photos, many people included phone/text message records (I however did not include that info) I am however thinking that if you have not seen hubby in an extended amount of time phone records may be vital for you.someone posted a good thread a while back with a sample application I'm hoping if someone knows where to find that they can poat it again. I'm sure others also have advice.

PS: whatever advice you give i will really appreciate it, thanks n a million

Hi and welcome :),

If you haven't seen each other since you got married, that could be a red flag in CIC's eyes. I'd suggest gathering as much evidence as you can to provide them. Showing that your communicating often is definitely needed if you haven't seen each other since then. Provide communication such as phone bills, digicel topups, texts, emails, facebook chats, Skype etc etc
If you've sent each other gifts/cards for birthdays, anniversaries, xmas include that .. mind you I didn't send this stuff in, but I had lots of proof. And of course you'd send in a letter explaining the circumstances as to why you haven't seen each other since you were married to show that you are a genuine married couple. I would definitely have your hubby visit before you send off your application.

As for the study visa, maybe someone else on here may know?

Best of luck and as nursewife said there are lots of people on here that are helpful.
;D

Good night all,
I hope everyone is doing well. I'm starting to panic it's been over the estimated time for me to hear a response re: SA. I'm starting to wonder if something was wrong and they sent the package back. Almost every night I check to see if there's a parcel slip at my door. Does anyone know if eCAS would show if an application has been returned. It makes me uncomfortable to think my personal information could be just floating around out there. Does anyone know if they use registered mail to return packages?

I know I sound paranoid... I kinda am!

Dont worry hun, they are just processing applications from Sept 21 now. Could be within the next few days that you hear something. Do they have your email address?
