Well i email kingston last week asking them if the received my medical because didn't see it on ecas got a email this morning that they got it. And ecas update (We started processing Kaymar Andre Francis's application on September 9, 2015)

i.got approved for sponsor on june 10 2015 but still waiting on Quebec answer but i am now at 27 days so if i hear nothing i will call them i dont know if i email kingston as well

Hi everyone I have another question...

I am just overlooking my paperwork and making sure everything has been done correctly. If I fill out the use of a representative form for my husband's generic app and put myself as the representative, CIC should be able to talk to me regarding his portion of the app correct? Let know if I'm wrong. Also, if I put my email on his contact information page, will they email me if/when they need anything? I have heard stories of CIC in Jamaica sending the applicants (person to be sponsored) mail or a letter and it being returned weeks later because it sat at the local post office without the the person knowing. What would happen? I would assume that they would email me if I put my email under his contact info?

Any experience....

for me didn't use the representative form and for the email created a email for my wife(sponsor) and monitor myself I did both of us paper with. Maybe someone can give you more info

I didnt use it myself, however you can use it and yes you will be contacted with any issues that they may need to contact hubby for.
I put my email on the application and everytime they have emailed hubby, they cc'd me on it. But yes, put your email so you will know whats going on.
