HW, I think we wont be hearing anything until August or September..... if you check last year on the spreadsheet this time was also slow...it picked up around September and so..... im just looking on an off.....

Since when is the visa office allowed to just take so many months off? No man I cant just sit back and wait for these people to get off their asses and work.
Ive emailed my mp, no response. Emailed the MP that Meljam sent me, no answer. Emailed a bunch of other MPs that said to contact another MP who then forwarded it to my mp. So its a big circle of government bull*censored word* and nobody is doing anything. And its making me mad and frustrated and I cry and i miss school so i can stay in bed and cry.... While these "government representatives of Canada" do what?! Why dont they have to answer to anyone?

Yes, I told you guys the other day...they slow down during the summer, its vacation season, its the same for every businesses...

That is why I encouraged you to contact federal MP from your area to make them rush Kingston or POS !!

YOu should send and resend messages, me I did send 3 emails before to obtain an answer....I annoyed them until they respond and was licking their asses, sweet talking!

Ok Guys, no activity likely till September u say.....Well ok, I will check back ecas in September like the first tuesday and will update this forum if I get anything before, during and after that. I will check in from time to time to see if there are any PR's and landing stories. I just dont wanna be stressing over this anymore. I dont have any MP to call. Roxie, I gone follow u find something to do.

I learn with this process it can either teach you how to be patient and it can take away your patience, I email them yesterday evening an quoting their words saying if I don't receive my package before or by the end of the week I should email them, and this is there reply this morning

Please be advised that your file was in the queue for printing and was printed today. You passports and documents should be returned at the end of the week.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

What I was expecting them to say, is my passport will be out to you by today, so them using the word SHOULD does not gaurantee me that I'll be getting it for this week, they say it's printed now, then what else is there for them to do but send off the package? Like c'mon I been waiting long enough and continuing to wait, like when will it actually be over??? Sigh :/ geez

I will email them again and again until someone answers me. And hopefully I hear something, but I wont stop crying til hes here! Lol the stress is unbearable! Raising 6 kids alone isnt easy! But I think I will find something to keep me busy, and go straight to the MP's office and bring all the kids with me lmao. I'll tell them if they dont want to let my hubby come then I'll bring these kids to the MP's office everyday and they can help me take care of them hahahha

yes they do drag there foot for Jamaican applicants and its no joke thing, Jamaica just pass we off to them suh and don't care if they follow thru on our applications, they do us when they feel like.

yeah am happy am gonna reach at summer still,

but these people have me confused and in a limbo, cause they say I should have the package by the end of the week yet still its not send off as yet. they confuse me , they request pp on the 17 it sent off to them on the 18 and they got it on the 22, and as they say visa issue today

these people get me still no joke I don't know how or why they operate like that

Something just dawned on me. I was thinking when u said MP u talking Canadian MP. So to me we of course dont have that in Jamaica so I didmissed the thought from my mind. I am still a newbie at this immigration stuff also my hubby. But he said ro me just a short while ago as we were recapping what is happening on the forum etc and he mentioned as to why I said I dont have an MP. He was saying/asking if he can email/call the MP in Canada? I always skip over the MP story as I really didnt know what it was. Abnd when I her MP it just resonated with Jamaican MP and I know that is nothing under their portfolio here in Jamaica to do with immigration. So where do we go from here to have my hubby contact MP (as we are both clueless)....Also, is it time we contacted or we wait till more time pass?
