So that means you are being processed now, awesome! So is my case, but eCas hasnt been updated. Ive noticed it takes them quite awhile to update. You usually get a call/email or letter before it updates online. Good luck! Hope it comes thru fast! Fingers crossed :)

I am sorry, I wish I could help you but since I am living in Québec, we never had to fill this form. But what I think is that you have to write your salary for the last 12 months without taxes. Well the 12 months needs to start from the date you signed this app. This is for the sponsor, are you the sponsor or the sponsored ?

She needs to provide her net income from the most recent tax year filed.

I wrote my net personal income that I got from my NOA (Notice of Assessment) from 2013, as I was unable to provide my 2014 NOA at the time I sent in my application.
I also wrote a note stating why I couldn't provide my 2014 net personal income, but I did attach my 2014 T4 also.

If she's filed her 2014 taxes, she should have her 2014 NOA - which will provide her net personal income that year. If not just tell her to use her 2013's NOA and attach the 2014 T4

Hope that's helped.

Yes she needs her Option C for sure. I don't remember if that shows her net personal income on it...but if it does write it down. I wrote from the beginning of the year Jan-01- 2013 to Dec-31-2013. In her case, you can write "Jan-01-2014 to Dec-31 2014"

I got approved to Sponsor with what I provided on that form.
