2 questions I got does POS make final decisions or kingston and my husband just got excluded from the country and left last night but before he left he got a criminal record check for canada willike that be good enough for his application plus his jamaica police record or does he need fingerprints too for in Canada?

Thanks Jill... She's good... But since I've had her...I now have no patience with this whole process I wish we would of sent in his passport in right away... But atleast it's there... Good morning people, CONGRATS to everyone that finaly received great news from POS, it's about time! THOR happy for you girl!!! Hope they will send back that PP ASAP. As for the cold you are dang right. I was born here and never enjoy it, he knew what he was getting into (told him it was like living in a freezer lol ), was not to excited about that part and he was freeking out in the beginning, but we can adjust to everything. And get to sleep with your loving spouse night after night as no price ;D

When you get your passport back do they return your original birth certificate, marriage certificate or just the photo copies, not sure if I should be ordering some or not, thanks

They will return the originals and keep the photocopies. If you didn't hand in the originals to begin with they will ask for them at the end if the process before the visa is issued.
