Ballas I had missed your question earlier. When I sent it to POS by FedEx I tracked it and was able to see when they signed for it. I sent it on a Thursday and they received it early on the Monday so you are looking at 2 work days. POS did not send me anything to say that they received it so I sent them an email and they said that they will process it "in a timely manner" (what a load of crap that is). I then emailed them to ask how I will know when it is on its way back, should I contact FedEx for pick up, will they, etc? They responded after a few days with a basic "we replied to you already do not email us again". So basically now I am checking CIC all the time (when it is up and running) and stalking FedEx with the return waybill number often.
Someone else in POS told me that they got a response from POS saying that they will get back to them with passport within 10 business days from date of email which came about 10 days AFTER POS got their passport. UNBELIEVALBE that POS has dropped the ball on this so badly!
