Why doesn't may way bill tracker work.. its been saying the same thing from we sent it.. no movements at all but i called and they said it doesn't update till picked up.. annoyed

When did u send passport in ?

Right after you honey.. Dec 9 th. But i was wondering if the right number my husband get cause all it says is shipment information recieved.. i would feel better if it said it reach a kingston instead of that. But dem tell mi it ship out the same day.. lets see

Yes it was the same for me until yesterday morning :

First it was this for a week :

Dec 8 1:06 pm
1 Shipment Accepted - Kingston - Jamaica

After yesterday morning it changed to :

Dec 16, 9:15 am
2 Shipment Picked up - Kingston - Jamaica
Then:
Dec 16, 2:24 pm
3 Arrived at Delivery Facility in - Kingston Jamaica
Then:
Dec 16, 3:01 pm
4 Awaiting collection by recipient as requested

So you have an idea what is gonna look like.

Did you only have one waybill number for both going to the embassy and coming back? We have 2 different numbers. He sent the passport on Dec 3rd and it shows received at the high commission on Dec 4th. The second one shows this:

Yes flight is booked now for the 23! I wish he could have travel b4 but he has things to do b4 leaving and he was expecting passport for Monday 22 . He has planned to move his stuff to his parents during the weekend. But for real its only a last week of waiting now so mi good wid it! Lol

So passport arrived fine at the HC in Kingston.... But the one I posted before looks wrong I think? Did your return waybill show the info that it arrived in Kingston even before they picked it up yesterday morning?
Or did it look like mine (see my previous post) until it got picked up yesterday?

I tried calling the 800 number for DHL here just to ask the general question about if the second one should show arrived in Kingston also, but the girl wasn't very helpful and she kept saying that the shipment has not left Mobay yet, which is false.... Or at least I hope it's false!! Lol

Sooooooo... I guess I just sit here and wait.... reloading the DHL tracker on my phone every 2 minutes!!!

Yes I guess everything is alright girl, samethings happened sometimes when I order stuff from China, I can track some parcels until I receive it and sometimes I just receive the item and the system is updated late after !! So no worry , it should be in your hubby hand very soon !

It just shows the info for the day.. is that how yours is? My second way Bill shows arrived in kingston and signed by the same person as you.. yes lets hope for movements tomorrow

Hello everyone! Just a quick question for my own peace of mind.. haha I was wondering if when we Fedex it to POS and they receive it at high commission.. do we do anything after this? Or just wait until our return tracking # shows something?
