Woke up to see "DECISION MADE" on our file!!!

Soooo happy and relieved that Kingston is moving fast and hubby will be home for
Christmas. It's finally sinking in !!

Did you get the call for the PPR and then decision made?

Yes exactly never been In Process and trust me I was looking at ECAS 100 times per day ! lol Only Decision Made on Dec 2 and he received the call Dec 8....so it was very quick !!! I don't know if you already ordered your electronic notes but my VO is JA01318 and I can see from the beginning JD9006 so you can compare if we having the same VOs.
I telling you , when I saw Decision Made last week I thought it was a decline cause usually that is the way they proceed to advise for a Decline and a denial letter follow...no In Process only Decision Made. But now we having the proof that even you see Decision Made, its not necessarily a Decline! Good luck girl, wish you the best !! :-*

My ECAS has been in process from time!!! He got the PPR request earlier this month and no movements on the ECAS status!

AHHHHHHH - we are in process!!!! Status changed this morning to say that they started processing our application on December 9, 2014. I am BEYOND excited. Please keep chanting going so we can see further movement. Would love to see him here by end of January (though he may feel differently once he arrives)

Ours went In Process on Nov 26th, PPR by phone call on Dec 3rd, and Decision Made on Dec 9th.

Thanks all! It is surreal. I am still on Cloud 9. I wanted to hear something desperately and this is good enough for now. Can't imagine what it is like when you get PPR but hopefully we find out soon!!

I hope you ladies start seeing pasports being returned! I pray for a lot of lovely Christmas time landing stories!!

... I understand you're saying there may be issues with a bank draft now. They had instructed him to do that after they told him his friends credit card would not work as it wasn't in his name.. So I'm confused why they would send him to do a bank draft if it would cause problems? I also read here the following:

"If you do not have a fedex account, you can go to a fedex store and get a airway bill. You will have to get a bank draft made out in fedex name in US dollars and send in the package along with the waybill for the immigration to send back."

So... it must work wouldn't it, as I don't think they would even let him ship it off with a bank draft if it wasn't a method of payment?

Ballas no worries bc when I had called fedex to find out what to do they had mentioned the bank draft as well so it must work. Plus when hubby was at fedex and we were sorting it all out with opening an account the fedex clerk also suggested the bank draft route. Frustrates me bc if KGN was working and doing their job in the summer some of us wouldn't have this added stress of international couriers bc our files would still be in KGN and we all know that DHL knows what they are doing within their JA...LOL!

Ok, thank you so much for clarifying that for me; I was a bit worried.. I agree with you 1000% it's sooooo stupid, but that's how they get all of our money unfortunately!
I thought they wouldn't have sent him to pay for a bank draft if they didn't accept it.. lol I know in Canada they don't accept bank drafts, but each country
is different.. I am glad you also went through this so you know. Thanks again!! Now the wait for the passport to come back.. They must be doing alright
now so everyone else waiting from 2013 will be going through quick now!! Hopefully we all can have a Merry Christmas!!
