Hey Meljam. I'm still here impatiently waiting for hubby to get the passport back.
Decision Made on Tuesday so hoping to see some movement from DHL very soon.

Question for anyone who has used DHL To Kingston:
Will the DHL online tracker actually tell us when it gets picked up in Kingston or only
when it arrives in Mobay? (Hubby chose to pick it up in Mobay at the DHL office). Will they call him
to let him know it's ready to be picked up? Thanks!

Hubby picked his up in Kingston and they called him. You can track it however its not up to time on the website and they also don't say when it's arrived at the depot. This happened to my hubby. So yes they will call or he can call them and then pick it up

I'm SO confused.. so in reading all your posts, I got from them that he can have a credit card number that isnt his (as some of you used yours for your husbands) to charge for the bill back... he went to fedex to do that and they said it isn't allowed? So he had to go get a draft from bank...?? :S it's almost never-ending it seems...

Ballas I had said to use a credit card and set up an account. That is the part you missed in my post. If you do not have a credit card I would have suggested asking a friend to use theirs. Regardless he got it done with the bank draft. Make sure he gets the tracking number for going AND returning.

I can only speak for my experience and I opened account in his name and used my credit card as the payment option. So frustrating when everyone gets different information. Well happy that you were able to get it out today! They should have it on Monday!

Hi Ballas, do you know how much it cost to this? we are waiting on PPR n ours to is in POS.

I hope things work out with the bank draft because when I contacted fedex, they said there have been problems with the bank draft in the past .

I send in passport to Trinidad through DHL on December 2 and it got there Decemebr 3rd. I am now waiting to get a email from POS to make return arrangements with DHL to bring back package to Jamaica. I haven't heard anything yet.....its been a week now. Hopefully I will hear soon.

My husband got his PPR request on dec. 2 and sent it in on the 3rd via Fed EX. let's hope they return in by Christmas!!! ????? I am holding meh breath! I might pass out from this anxiousness!
